How can I make my weekends more productive?
On Saturday, I would like to go for a long run.
My ideal wake up time on Saturday, is probably about 8am.
I can start being productive around 9am.
I spend 9am-10am exercising to get my mind right.
After exercising, I can have a quick meal and shower to recover. This puts me in an idea state around 10:30am.
Most likely around 1pm I would need to or should eat again.
Most weekends I would picture an activity starting around 5pm or so.
On Sunday, I could keep a similar schedule. Wake up at 8am. Could do a lighter workout or go home. Realistically, I keep a similar schedule and say that by 10:30am, I have tackled all essential tasks for the morning.
Sunday, can be more variable. I might go home at 12am and not return until 5-7pm.
On Sunday, we also have to cook and do other tasks for the week. We can work backwards from this.
This gives me a solid schedule.

What can I do during the week?
Everyday I get off work around 4:30pm. Most of the time I am home around 5pm. I come in and change. Rachel works out. I feel tired and need to recover. I can reasonably do things around 5:30pm. To refocus I should try a ritual.
5:30-6pm: Personal Free Time
6-7pm: Eat/Connect with Rachel
7-8pm: Partner Time
8pm - 10pm: Deepwork (2 hours)
10pm: Nightly Routine:
- Do a Cleaning Pass
- Read

10:30pm: Bed
What does that bring me?
- 8 Hours of Deepwork
- At Least 4 Hours of Quality Partner Time During Week
- 2 Hours of Personal Free Time During Week
- 8 Hours of Deepwork Over the Weekend
- 20 Hours of Free Time to Fill Over Weekend
What am I not accounting for?
- Going to trivia (-2 hours of deepwork during the week, can be variable)
