- If I get it: optionality and leverage
- If I do not get it: information, justified
- Express personal guardrails
- Redefine nights and weekends -> Focus and finish something small
- Define exit triggers:
- I do not get hired for the role
- Jack leaves
- Scope continues to increase
Premise: I am allowed to stay temporarily for money and learning while I quietly build leverage elsewhere.
