My Contingency Plan#

  1. Do not be immediately reactive
  2. Re-evaluate in mid March once stock is paid
  3. Apply for Tanner’s Role -> Done
    1. If I get it: optionality and leverage
    2. If I do not get it: information, justified
  4. Express personal guardrails
  5. Redefine nights and weekends -> Focus and finish something small
  6. Define exit triggers:
    1. I do not get hired for the role
    2. Jack leaves
    3. Scope continues to increase

Premise: I am allowed to stay temporarily for money and learning while I quietly build leverage elsewhere.
