Interview today was interesting.

I think I could have done a better job preparing and answering questions that were asked of me.

I spoke in “we” frequently which took away from explaining my contributions to the work that I was describing.

In any case, an interview is just a subjective meeting. There is a a lot that relies on the interviewer to properly interpret what they are hearing. It also requires them to come from an unbiased perspective. Difficult task.
