Creating Tasks

  • Tasks are created from inbox or manually
  • Tasks that are groomed are assessed a priority and effort
  • Tasks that are unrefined are reclassified as observations or thoughts
  • Observations are assessed periodically
  • If worth pursuit, create and groom tasks with effort and priority

Monday - Wednesday
