- effort = complexity + cognitive capacity
- priority = urgency + desire
Rated on 1-10 Scale
Creating Tasks
- Tasks are created from inbox or manually
- Tasks that are groomed are assessed a priority and effort
- Tasks that are unrefined are reclassified as observations or thoughts
- Observations are assessed periodically
- If worth pursuit, create and groom tasks with effort and priority
